Angela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Alabama with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Angela also has a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has a history of working with eating disorder clients in an Intensive Outpatient setting where she facilitated individual and family sessions, process and DBT groups, family groups and psychoeducation groups.
While running a private practice for all age ranges and populations, Angela has also worked with therapeutic foster children and teens and their families, as well as teens with delinquency issues that range from extreme to mild mental health concerns, truancy, substance abuse, and problem sexual behaviors. Angela enjoys traveling (with a bucket list goal of visiting all 50 states), playing with her 4 (yes 4!) dogs, and listening to music.
