Utilization Review/Regulatory Coordinator
As the UR/Regulatory Coordinator, Toni is responsible for insurance and regulatory case management. Born and raised in Westover, Alabama, Toni graduated LPN school at the age of 18, the youngest of the graduates; she graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1991. With over 23 years of experience in home health, Toni’s supervisory positions include unit/ER relief, IV team, and quality assurance/quality improvement and ICD assignment. She also has EMT experience, working in all hospital areas with a specialty in the Emergency Room. Toni is a former ACLS/BCLS instructor and is chemotherapy certified, along with certification to place peripherally inserted central venous catheters. She enjoys being outdoors and fishing with her dad and spending time with her son Jack, and husband, Anthony. Toni is an advocate for self-empowerment, self-sufficiency, and self-reliance. Toni is an advocate for suicide prevention, having lost her only sister to suicide at the age of 21. Toni is also a survivor and advocate for domestic violence prevention, and identification along with avoidance of those with narcissistic personality disorder. We are excited to have Toni join the Magnolia Creek team, as she will be a valuable asset in client avocation and regulatory compliance.
