Dedicated Team Offering Hope

Our dedicated admissions team is available around the clock to answer our calls. In addition, our clinical partnership team is always happy to hear from you on their cell…really!

Our mission is to connect women to the treatment they need, and that starts with you.

Magnolia-Creek-Bus-DevMichelle Kalz – Midwest ([email protected]), Susanne Arnett – Southeast ([email protected]), and Tara Doria – Georgia/Florida ([email protected]) are available to take your calls or meet with you and further explore how Magnolia Creek can make a difference in the lives your clients.  We work with you prior to admission to communicate co-occurring concerns, treatment modalities, and any financial hurdles to help women to get the help they need.

When your client admits to Magnolia Creek we begin the referral communication plan. We know this can be a challenging day for your client and their families, so we contact you after ROI is in place and let you know they have admitted. Within the week, you will be connected to your client’s Magnolia Creek primary therapist to plan the method of communication that you prefer throughout their care and during the discharge planning process. At Magnolia Creek, we value communication with our clinical partners and the positive outcome that a continuum of care provides our (now) shared client.  It is a part of what we call the #magcreekdifference.

When you become a clinical partner at Magnolia Creek, you also become OUR referral source.  We are honored to treat women from across the country. Our clients come to us through many different sources and providers.  We are always looking for extraordinary IOP and outpatient placement as our clients continue their journey to renew their hope, restore their health, and recover their lives.  It is the #magcreekdifference.
