Pamela Hay

Admissions Director

Pam has over 22 years’ experience providing behavioral health assessment, referral and crisis intervention services to children, adolescents and adults. She has worked at several different acute psychiatric and residential care facilities helping to link individuals and their families with the most appropriate services in times of crisis.  Her most recent position was as Director of Admissions at a 101-bed private psychiatric facility in Central Pennsylvania.

Born and raised in Northeastern PA, Pam is a graduate of Penn State University with a BS degree in Psychology and a minor in Nutrition.  She has long been interested in how the mind, body and spirit must be balanced for each of us to live our healthiest and best lives. She and her family relocated to the Birmingham area in 2013 and are enjoying the warm weather and all the Magic City has to offer. Pam is excited to be a part of the Magnolia Creek team and looks forward to helping others benefit from our services.
