Caroline received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama. After college, she went on to obtain her Master of Social Work, with a concentration in Mental Health issues. She is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the State of Alabama with more than 10 years of experience in the counseling field. She has worked in various practice settings such as private practice, psychiatric hospitals, therapeutic foster care, and residential treatment centers.

Most recently, Caroline served as the Director of Counseling Services at Judson Women's College. At Judson, she treated college aged women with various issues including, but not limited to, eating disorders, self-injury, and relationship issues.  In addition to her responsibilities at Judson, Caroline also maintained a private practice with Samaritan Counseling Centers of Greater Birmingham. Caroline has a broad experience base with a special interest in women's issues, addiction recovery, eating disorders, sexual abuse, family relationships, trauma, and relationship issues.

Caroline is committed to helping clients develop a positive sense of self in order to establish healthy relationships in recovery.  She believes that relational maturity is an integral piece in the recovery process.
