The ancient Egyptians had a beautiful belief about death. When their souls got to the entrance to heaven, the guards asked two questions..."Have you found joy in your life?" and "Has your life brought joy to others?"
- The Bucket List
A bucket list is a list of 100 things you want to attempt or accomplish before you die.
At Magnolia Creek, we encourage our clients to complete a bucket list while they are in treatment and to communicate back to us whenever they have checked off something from that list.
Below are some of the accomplishments we have learned about from our alumnae, linked to blog posts with pictures when they send them in.
- I went sky diving.
- I got a tattoo of a hummingbird and the words "care free" in Hebrew.
